Im always excited to get any quilt finished, getting to the finish line takes
motivation. ( as i look around and see a few unfinished quilt tops around here… that I will get to eventually~LOL)
must be why it feels good to stay with it to the very end.
The fun bright fabrics in this one really came together well!
The quilting I gave this one gave it such nice drape and such a nice textile.
This quilt will be around for a very long time 🙂

This one has a feathery pea pod quilting design, very beautiful~ and as always im sorta sad to see it go.
Ive often wonder if I had ALL the quilts I ever made back,… how many would there be? Ive lost track.
I know I have 1000’s of photos, and some quilts i only made once, and only a couple that I didn’t finish. HA!
This Quilt can be made to order in custom sizing and colors here: https://quiltsbytaylor.com/shop/irish-chain-quilt-for-sale/

Sew Ya Later!
So today was a productive day!
Up before daylight, 2 bindings on 2 quilts,
1 quilt sandwich
and 5 rows to my hand dyed star quilt put together.
all before lunch. Not every day is like that, so
you have to be grateful when things just go right.
This one is Double Batted, and quilted densely.
It will look great as a table topper, or on a wall.
It took me a while to do this one, because of all the fun

Ok So Im on my way with this
Black and White Quilt Classic.
Im loving it with the absence of color!
its very balanced and good for
my OCD. 🙂 This officially the first one
of any pattern I havent given it a “pop”
of color~ Im excited!
Custom Quilting on this one is going to make it POP! Im crushing on the feathers, and how its
all turning out. I got a lot done today, But it was a beautiful day out, so I was able to get outside and
mow the lawn which needed it badly.
So I will be back at the Quilting on this beauty, one of the pics shows before I started the white today.
Thanks for stopping by!
Another one in the works is this beautiful spin off of the Bargello style patterns.
Another Cozy Quilt Designs Pattern. Very Fun and rewarding to do 🙂

I have the center all complete, now Im
trying to decide on the borders. I have extras of the pieced colored
sections, and its only about twin size right now.
so I will put it on hold for a week and see if anything strikes me 🙂
I will update this post as I go

Getting all the flying geese units
onto the border, for this Modern
Geometric Quilt. Black Yellow and Gray.
I started this one planning to do a different pattern.
after getting most of the parts made,
I layed it out and didnt care for that pattern with these particular colors.
Sooo as with a lot of quilts~~~~
you improvise and sometimes you end up with
something a lot better.
One of the things I like about making
quilts. Sometimes you get a happy accident.
I will be getting the top and bottom borders on soon.
Lots of open space in this one for some fun quilting.
I will update this post as I go,

Drops on the Water, Custom Quilting
Drops on the water
This Quilt is a generous Lap/Full/Twin size Quilt.
I make most of my patterns in a smaller version to show
examples for the larger Made To Order Quilts.
This one I’m trying a new all over quilting design for me,
I’ve seen it called “drops on the water” and that’s what it looks like. 🙂
Its beautiful. I can see doing my next few quilts with this motif just because I love it that much 🙂
This is the quilt I made with the spare and left over cuts from the
