This quilt was such a joy to make—so much so that I used 3,400 yards of thread! That’s how you know I had a blast. The overlapping squares create a structured, geometric feel, while the feathers add softness and flow. I originally started this quilt for myself because I love teal. I always tell myself that if it doesn’t turn out, at least it was just for me—no pressure! But then, once it’s finished, I realize I don’t need another quilt… so here it is, ready for someone else to love!
