Newly Finished, Newly Listed Floral Quilts, Double Charmed Quilt almost finished, and 3 more up On Deck!

This week I got both floral quilts finished and listed.

They are both beautiful. One is larger than the other, and is double batted.

the smaller one would be great for any room, and yet used to be a snuggly quilt too.

  1. All very beautiful.. looks like any one of these would win in a quilt show! How did you applique such thin leaves and vines on the flower quilts?!

I have my eye on a turquoise and white quilt.. do you ever do layaway? Paying monthly?

  2. Hi Lori, I wish I could do a lay away type thing. But the cost of materials are very high, and I need to be able to buy it all before I start. keeping track of all that isn’t something I can do. I’m so sorry!

  3. I understand, I was thinking about one of your sale quilts already made. But I will save up for it!

  4. Thank you for understanding πŸ™‚ Turquoise and white is always beautiful.

  5. I just love the blue flower quilt! You should call that peacock surprise!

  6. Thats a great name for it! and one of the most beautiful color combos there is! love peacock colors!

  7. I forgot to answer your other questions… the flowers are actually a digital print. Its the new big thing now. where its digitally printed onto the fabric, so I cant take credit for that part, and it is what makes it so nice! Its put out by Christiane Marques, for Robert Kaufman. I made the patchwork around it, and I quilted it, and followed the design for the most part, which was sorta like coloring as a kid. I always loved to out line all my colorings. Funny as I ended up doing just that only instead of crayons, its thread! haha!

  8. It’s really beautiful, and now it makes sense! I didn’t think it was possible to piece that! Lol

  9. Absolutely stunning! it’s an adorable purple-blue ombre border around the print! If you could share this fabric link, I’d really appreciate it. email me, please. Thank you very much!

  10. Hi Anna! I looked at one of my favorite sites, and im not seeing it exactly ( it may have been in my stash from too far back to re buy) but it wasnt an Ombre style, its a batik style. I found this one that is similar to it, its made by Huffman Fabrics πŸ™‚ heres the link to it https://www.fabric.com/buy/0569252/hoffman-bali-batik-watercolors-sea-urchin

  11. Thank you soooo much! I really can’t tell you how much I appreciate you doing this for me! wishing you all the best on your next projects!
