Atlantic Fly Away Handmade Quilt
Atlantic Fly Away features a bold star at the center, surrounded by Flying Geese that travel around the quilt in a circle. More Flying Geese continue across all four borders, creating a wonderful sense of movement from the center all the way to the edge.
This handmade Flying Geese quilt is made to order, giving you the opportunity to choose a color combination that works beautifully in your home. The design can be made in different fabric colors and combinations while keeping the distinctive Atlantic Fly Away pattern.
The example shown here was made in blue, with a soft cream background. The blue star and surrounding Flying Geese create a strong, classic look, but this pattern can take on an entirely different personality with another color palette.
I quilt each Atlantic Fly Away quilt with quilting chosen to complement the fabrics and design, adding texture and movement without taking away from the pattern itself.

This is not a finished quilt sitting on my shelf ready to ship. Your quilt will be made after you place your order.
Because each quilt is handmade individually, there can be slight variations in fabric placement, color combinations, and quilting. That is part of what makes a handmade quilt yours.

My shop is currently set to a flat shipping rate of $35. If your actual shipping cost is less, I will refund the difference once your quilt is mailed.
