Finished Quilt! Ready to Ship! It measures 100 X 103
One of my favorite quilts this year! I stuck with 2 colors. It was hard, but I love the look of a 2 color quilt. Sharp and Clean.
And with this version of the Irish Chain, there was lots of open space for quilting. My favorite part!
I did a variety of quilting on this one. Lots of ruler work, and free motion all combined.
The scallop Border was fun to do, it has such a great texture with the cross hatch quilting
This quilt is for someone who really likes the quilting. This quilt will be around for a long time.
I was happy to make it.
100 % cotton fabrics front and back. Cotton Batting/ Machine bound edge.
I have washed and dried this quilt. I dried it flat outside, so it has not been in the dryer.
If you decide to dry it ( you could) there might be an addition shrinkage. I dried it flat to endure the colors wouldn’t bleed. And it did great.
I always wash everything before I make it, so I usually avoid that worry. And it should be good to go for you.
Machine wash COLD water, very small amount of mild detergent.
